You can have coconut water , and also dry fruits - though limit it to 4 to 6 per day . And avoid very heavy meals instead prefer to have small frequent meals ,
Limit intake or sugary. , refined and any kind of processed foods .
Avoid bakery foods , and high sugar raising foods .
Prefer more of fruits and vegetables, salads , also whole grains and cereals
