Hello Dr, how much milk is required in a day for a 3 yr old boy? Is milk really a necessity or it can be replaced with other dairy products?

A. Hello dear parent! The maximum dairy intake should be around 400 to 500ml per day. Rest of the nutrition should come from healthy solids. Give 3 meals and 2 healthy snacks a day. Served healthy foods in cute Babyhug stainless steel bowls and plates to encourage healthy eating.
