hello dr..good afternoon. my baby one year one month old. she is not eating properly today morning and afternoon..she is refusing food..what she I do please help me

usually kids reject their food when they don't feel well.
so please check symptoms of illness like fever ,cold,cough,ear infection, dehydration, teething or stomach problems like colic, constipation and Indigestion.
keep offering different dishes with different taste and different textures.
make food presentation attractive
for example
use carrot beetroot palak etc to make your child food more colourful
it will help to encourage your child to take interest in food.
maintain good hygiene.
