Hello dr Dr baby ke gums main bahut swelling ho rahi hai vo 9 months k hai and kal se jab bhi milk peeta hai tabhi vomit krdeta hai but cerelac and dal khaa raha hai toh kya vomiting teething k vajah se hai

A. aapki Devi ki umra nau mahine ki hai agar baby ko dant a rahe hain ho sakta hai baby irritable ho aur thoda vomitings bhi aap baby ke games per dentogel lagaiye
