hello...dr can we give dates powder in vegetable puree for sweetness for baby?

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. I will not advice to add it in vegetables . let your baby learn or taste the real taste of vegetable. and it might become a habit in no time and will be difficult to change.

Yes But every thing After completing the age of 26 weeks of birth is not in the age of five months also I would like to tell you that why do you want to add sweetness to the food like vegetables and all I don’t know where in you can easily add salt and other necessary spices to it
