ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician2 years agoA. occasionally may give, but not on daily basis. Give 3 meals + 1 or 2 snacks to a 1 year old baby. Give all family food in soft and little mashed form n breast feeding on demand

SanthoshiMom of a 8 yr 3 m old girl2 years agoA. Sugar is refined by lot of chemical processes which may be harmful to children.Excess sugar may cause caries and tooth decay in children. Also excess of sugar may depress immunity. So avoid sugar and try natural sweeteners. This will help avoud sugar waters too take care
