Hello Dr. As per Dr. Recommendation I take birth control pil (crisanta). I want to know how to take it in next month for delaying the period for Four days.

A. firstly I would like to suggest for contraception better avoid pills for a longer period instead you can go for copper t insertion which is safest method secondly Consulting about dealing of the period you should consult with your doctor for medication

A. these medications should be taken as per prescription and as you advise your doctor has already guided you on the dosage it will be ideal to speak with your doctor so that she can advise you have you can skip your periods however interference in natural cycles always causes trouble in the body
