hello Dr and momies my daughter is 3 m old I do nt have enough breast milk n lactogen goes very expensive for whole month .....I have taken shatravi power as well.....what should I do

A. my baby was diagnosed with small pfo in heart 2.9 mm during birth.. also in the report it is mentioned that mild tricuspid regurgitation TRPG 15 mmHG.. is pfo and tricuspid regurgitation interrelated? what is tricuspid regurgitation?
