Neelam ChinnappaMom of 2 children3 years agoA. thank you for reaching out to us with question I will suggest give your body at least six months to recover from childbirth especially if I had a C section and then you can start working on exercises however for now as soon as we complete one month after childbirth you can start eating healthy and stay away from oily sugary of fried food eat healthy and you won half your battle however it is still do not see any changes then you need to speak to a gynecologist who can recommend some test to see if there are any extreme hormonal fluctuations
