ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. he is 5 n still not speaking clearly.. you could take him to a paediatric speech therapist and get an evaluation done. There are numerous potential reasons for a speech disorder and a professional will be able to lead you in the right direction
