hello Dr, 11th week me baby ki heart beat ni aayi. or na he visible ta fetus, Dr ne 20 days wait karne k liye bola, but abi 6 days hue h oe mujhe bleeding honi start hui

A. if there is no heartbeat till 11th week it is no point in waiting as Heartbeat should come around 7 to 8 weeks of pregnancy now it is a missed abortion and it is better to get it cleared out as soon as possible
