hello doctors. this is my 3rd month after delivery with 3rd degree tear and now I see small lumps or nodules like near my stitches. is it normal or anything to be concerned about?

A. it can be infection. see when there are skin lesions you cant comment online. best approach will be to show to to a near by doctor who can give opinion n treat.
