hello doctors..plz reply..I am 36weeks pregnant and I have very painful breast ..they are so full from milk..what should I do?plz let me know as they are very full and so painful that I can't even touch it..plz reply I have taken dolo 650 for pain relief..and one of my frnd has suggested me to take blong tablet..is it safe?
