Use NMFE vitamin E cream regularly on to the body of your child that will help in dealing with the dryness and even if there is patchy skin or cut into the skills then also it will be healed completely to begin with you should apply it at least 2 to 3 times in a day then you can reduce it down to one time in the day according to the need
