ExpertDr Priyashree Mukherjee ChakrabortyPaediatrician1 Year agoA. You can start syp cetzine 2 ml once a day for three days. Give it in night time. However if symptoms persist please visit your pediatrician so that he can auscultate and prescribe accordingly
