hello doctors...my baby is having recurrent mouth thrush and diper thrush from 1month...i meet with her pediatric he gave ocan mouth paint and zocon 50dt....i apply ocan mouth paint for 2weeks...mouth thrush thik ho gya lekin aj frse baby k lips me h hlka sa thrush h...mne zocon tablet nhi di h baby ko iske side effects k vjh se...plzzz help mujhe kya krna chahye...as i am pregnant with 2nd baby nd delivery is near...to koi b side effects hoga to kaise handle krungi islye zocon tablet nhi diye...

Hand foot mouth disease is viral in origin and mostly symptomatic treatment is required because it is a self limiting disease and here fever come and small eruptions may be seen in hands foot fahice and other parts of the body along with oral ulcerations so give plenty of liquids to maintain proper hydration and magintain a good hygiene . Some multivitamin syrup along with antihistamine can be given . For oral ulcer dologel can be applied locally
