A. Dear parent, weight of 7.5 kg is fine for your baby at the age of 1 year 3 months considering that your child was born premature. Weight gain after 1 year slows down, so do not worry. Give all family foods to your child the way you prepare at your house. You can give eggs, non veg food, dry fruits like almonds, variety of seasonal fruits and vegetables, at least 500 ml of full cream milk every day. Add ghee to every meal. Continue to breastfeed till 2 years.

A. Hi mom Weight of ur baby is fine as per the birth weight. Weight gain is slow after one year. So no need to worry. If ur baby is active and comfortable otherwise then no need to worry. Include egg, ghee, dry fruits, dairy products like paneer curd cheese, Banana shake, potatoes, rice, chicken etc in ur baby's diet for weight gain
