Hello Doctors, My baby 4 months old. for past 4 weeks she is doing breastfeeding strike. may I know the reason and how long this strike be?

A. we have to give only demand feeding that is whenever the child feel hungry you can give breastfeeding many times intermittently the child might not take breastfeeding but there is no need to worry if the growth and weight of the child is proper

A. hi sorry but can not predict it. but please try feeding with different feeding positions. make skin to skin Contact while feeding your child which will help to encourage your child to take more feeds. Make changes in your diet or avoid using perfumed cosmetics for now. because sometimes babies don't like particular taste and smell and then reject their feeds.
