hello doctors, my 1 year 4 month old daughter got one side eye swallow,upper eyelid got swallow and blue Mark is there, can I put eye drops please suggest

A. it is getting more swollen and getting blue Mark in upper eyelid and corner of eye pls suggest I don't know exactly what happened, while paying it's got hurt from something else.

No since it is on the external sides I don’t think so eyedrops are going to be helpful right now if it is possible for you keep an ice cube into a thick towel or hanky and apply onto that area that’s going to help in settling down the swelling and you have to get it check with your doctor to know what’s the reason behind it
