Hello doctors/moms … i give rice and salt to my baby i have given from 7months till now is it bad to give salty food to my baby??

ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist1 day agoA. Namaste Mom If you are giving only rice and salt , then. yes would not recommend that at all instead would suggest to give along with a good protein source such as dals , or vegetable soup or a vegetable kichidi which itself is a whole some meal
