Q.

Hello Doctors, I have a frequent urination issue, gynecologist did a uterus scan and a urine(routine) test, reports found normal, then she advised me to consult urologist, then urologist did a scan of kidneys and abdomen along with uroflowmetry test, again both the reports found to be normal. Urologist advised to take TOLTERODINE(TEROL) capsules for 30 days. I have a 1 year old baby and he is taking breastfeed, can I take this medicine is my question. please suggest, I completely missed asking this question to urologist and I can't reach him easily. please doctors advise. thank you

A. there is no problem in taking this medicine. you can continue to give breastfeeding to the child. it is always important that whenever you are taking any type of medicine you should always ask doctor whether you can continue breastfeeding or not
