Hello doctors Good afternoon to all would please suggest that my baby has 4 months 23 days old her weight is 4.7 kgs on last month 22nd what is the exact weight on this age my baby weight is ok or not???please suggest

exclusive breastfeeding for the initial six months of age is good and advisable
start homemade weaning diet only once the child completes six months of age
breastfeed the baby at a gap of two hours for 15-20 mins from both the breast
