hello doctor yesterday night my son got his nose bleed a little bit while playing I applied the cold water cloth on his head and blood stops do i have to really worry or not? does it cause food allergies?

A. hi. it is not any foid alkllergy, due to hot or dry weather it happenes, avoid offering him warm food amd keep a cold wash cloth on his nose.
