Hello Doctor, Yesterday my Daughter vaccination done 14weeks(4months old right now). Last mid night her fever became 106°F and immediately we clean her total body with warm wet cloth and fever drops given(0.5ml), Then slowly it became 102.5° F. Right now fever is 101.0° F. My dout is 106°F fever is any effected my Daughter Health. Please tell me Doctor🙏🏻

A. it is a matter of concern I would recommend that for now you should try to give your baby paracetamol it will help to bring down the body temperature keep doing the wet cloth on the baby's forehead and body
