hello doctor, yesterday I give MMR ,JE and vitamin A. since evening he did 4 times vomit. what to do. is it a side effects of these vaccine.?? also I felt that his having some gas.can I give ajwain water?? plz suggest

A. hello no there is no any side effect of any vaccine causing vomiting it may be any other thing that is causing vomiting like gastric trouble so so you can give ORS to baby and avoid milk
