Hello doctor which food is good and healthy for my 2 years toddler in summer?

A. dear parent, for your 2 years old toddler during summer, good fluid intake and diet is necessary. give water, curd and buttermilk, banana are good for stomach homemade fresh, balanced diet having variety of food groups. give variety of seasonal fruits and vegetables and green leafy vegetables because these are rich in water like watermelon muskmelon grapes, cucumber, spinach. give small frequent meals avoid fried food clean safe water maintain good hygiene encourage hand wash with soap avoid giving outside Food.
