Hello Doctor when My child's urinate, ants gathered around his urine. why is it so? Is my child diabetes?

Most commonly traditionally believed that yes if the ants gather around the urine of a person it could be an issue of diabetes but doctor said is normal for a small child but still the doubt is there you please take a urine test to have a clarity on the situation
