Hello doctor we have a situation at our house. My baby boy is of 1year 8 months old n just now at home we have a new born baby. So my boy used to slap her like then kiss her. How to deal with this situation..??

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. this is basically sibling rivals so you need to to make the elder child involved in the caring of your younger one so that this thing will not happen in that way

Didn’t You prepare your child for a new baby because sometimes what happens is when the child is not prepared for another child at the home they can behave like this out of jealousy as you know initially everything was for that baby every time you had time for the baby love and everything now the child has to share it so make sure that whenever you are with your younger one who always keep the older one together and keep telling your child that you are the most important one for us Dil but the other one needs more attention because the child is too small so you know try to keep your child come that way and keep your child Make your child understand Slowly
