hello doctor usually I get clearly egg white stretchy discharge on during my ovulation days. this month also for the past 2 days I m getting that clear stretchy discharge but today I noticed light blood streak in that stretchy discharge. is that ovulation spotting could u ple tel me. TIA

Hi mommy Give healthy protein rich nutritious food fruits vegetables pulses whole grains milk products Wash hands often before touching your baby Maintain hygiene Maintain hydration Do tummy time and cycling movement of legs to relieve gas and constipation
