hello doctor this is shwetha, we blessed with a baby girl last December 21, her birth weight 3.2kg, now she is 47 days, I question is she not gaining weight her feed is breast feed only . please help me in this

Sweta it is normal for newborn to shed their weight after few days of birth
so it is normal .
as such no need to worry
just continue with breastfeeding
feed your child on each breast at least 20 minutes so he or she can get full fat hindmilk well which help to increase your child weight
give gentle massage with Babyhug massage oil which help in Healthy bones and muscles
