hello doctor this is my 24days old baby's potty.she is passing motion in the form of some small lumps and she is also not gaining any weight.is there any problem please explain

A. if you are giving baby exclusively mother feeding there is no need to worry about this baby cannot have infection Further it is advisable to consult your local doctor for appropriate advice in this regard if there is need for investigations also
