Hello doctor, Thanks for your response. Actually my main matter of concern is my daughter doest not take any milk products at all. ๐ I have tried everything including different types of milk with different varieties, paneer, curd, butter milk, kheer everything. But she does not take anything.

Aim to give them two to three serves of dairy each day .
add all mention on khichdi, porridge, ..
