Q.

hello doctor, squats excersize to do in morning o night. And how many minutes to do it. can u share squats video if u have.

A. in the start and you have to do it only for a set of 15 to 20 minutes and half an hour then you can increase your time as your body gets fit in and further you can seek guidance from your doctor for proper suggestions and follow them accordingly e for the the best benefit and also maintain good hygiene which is helpful it's always important
