Q.

hello Doctor Sir, my baby is 6 months old. his fever fluctuating from 99 F to 103 F from yesterday. we had a short journey yesterday to hilly region. we have given him 0.5 ml drop of paracetamol. kindly do know what amount of dose shud be given at intervals? and what precaution shud be taken now?

A. you can treat temporary with same paracetamol to the baby Further it is advisable to consult your local doctor for appropriate examination of the baby physically and if there is need to do any investigations if required

A. Its Six months completion then go ahead with 1MM and you can repeat the medicine after six hours again if it is needed also start doing cold sponging because that will help in reducing down the temperature regularly and faster as compare to medicines
