Hello doctor since last night my 19 month baby suffering from fever and cough. I am giving her paracetamol but in every 4 hours fever comes back. is it due to hot weather or something else please suggest me what to do

A. it may be any viral fever . Sneezing and cough and cold are common in thind changing wheather . Steam should be given indirectly type 3 times in a day and asthkind LS can also be given 3 times in a day . If there is fever then paracetamol shoukd be given 3 to 4 times in a day
