hello doctor saheb,my baby is 4 months old and currently he is 5.2kg.but it seems from last month his weight is not increasing.what need to do over here

The child should gain at least 500 g in a month if you see that gain is not happening then either your breastfeeding is not sufficient enough for the child or the child is not gaining because the child is not having well so you need to check for this and start with formula feed if you need to
