hello doctor.... pregnancy k 8th or 9th month me konsi exercises kr skte h normal delivery k liye.

A. Just regular walking as long as you’re comfortable is more than enough but if you want to do something else and first of all talk to your doctor and also there are a few exercises which are given in a detailed blog which you will find on the first cry parenting. A. U Can do basic yoga it is not can’t it is can do basic yoga

A. U Can do basic yoga exercises like Vajrasana sitting into butterfly posture and you know a little more can be there but you should not do any of these exercises without consulting your doctor also you should try to do at least thousand steps in the house itself walking sitting in the squad position also helps a lot
