ExpertDr Laxmi Chavan-SawantAyurvedic Gynaecologist 1 Year agoA. after completing 7 months you should start with Semi solid food like vegetable soup for fruits purry and then slowly move on for solid food so that the babies digestion remains good.
you can include all the things whatever you are eating in your regular Regime but in easy to digest form for the baby
