Hello doctor, please suggest me home remedies to reduce fever of my 9 months baby I have already given paracetamol syrup

A. hello you can give and repeat paracetamol 6 hourly and also gove plenty of fluids to the baby and normal tap water sponging can be done and if persistent then revuew once.
