hello doctor please advise I am 33 year old and since yesterday I am feeling very dizzy heaviness on head and loss of balance. plz advise what could be the problem. is there smething serious

try to hydrate yourself well with limejuice , elctral powder,
seek doctors advise for the same

it happens because of low bp , low level of iron etc
so better to check with your physician
please have Healthy and nutritious diet
take nimbupani , coconut water more
keep your self well hydrated
