hello doctor, my daughter is feeling dizzy and down since this afternoon. She is also vomiting now. and feeling sleepy. what should I do now?

There could be a possibility that your child is going to catch a fever so keep checking the temperature sometimes due to indigestion or sometimes it could be due to an infection continuous vomiting can happen the body loses its water that is why the child become becomes dizzy so try to give good amount of water to maintain hydration also and please consult your doctor
