Hello Doctor, Pimples on face sinch after 2 weeks of birth. looks like oily skin. should we apply anything or let leave as it is?

A. pimples on face some rashes pimples appears and disappear on it own with out any attention maintain hygiene oily face use a cottton cloth dip in warm water and then clean face you can use Babyhug baby skin care products
