Q.

hello doctor one question related to 6 week vaccination.we have twins baby boy and they born in 32 weeks . during the birth their weight was 1.900 gram tomorrow they will complete 2 month and their weight one is 2.5 kg and second is 2.7 kg. my questions is it's safe to give 6 week vaccination now as it would be three injection in one shot .or we should weight until they reach 3 kg ??

A. in this query its difficult to comment here without proper assessment and clinical examination in such a case so it will be better if you consult your nearest doctor to give proper suggestions about it proper treatment is possible only after l diagnosis is formed after knowing proper history & clinical examination accordiing to the symptoms so please consult nearby doctor once.
