Cold is most of the time because of viral illness and if the child is having recurrent running nose and nasal congestion it may be a part of allergic rhinitis also so it needs a proper examination. steam inhalation will be beneficial in both the cases along with decongestant medicine like alex cold/ hatric 3/ sinarest. As a part of viral illness there could be associated symptoms like cough and fever which needs treatment accordingly albong with a proper hydration needs to be maintained .

Ho Can you please post your question in either Hindi or English because that will be able to understand the entire question I can only tell you if your child is suffering with cold or cough as of now you can give indirect steam to the child that will be a lot helping for the time being
