hello doctor myself is neha. I am 41yrs old. i want to ask that in January my periods comes on 18th on time. but on 31st Jan it comes again. but the bleeding is not happening properly. can you please help me

A. There are multiple things to take into account here. Always rule out the possibility of accidental pregnancy and it could be implantation bleeding. Other causes or ovarian cysts, and even perimenopause
