Hello doctor, myself had a c section delivery on March and am taking calcium/Vitamin tablets since now... till how long i should consume... my gyno acmdviced me to takecalcium for 6 months and vitamin tabletfor 3 months... kindly advice... thank you...

ExpertDr Priyanka KalraObstetrician and Gynaecologist3 years agoA. calcium one year. you can feed egg, paneer soya, halwa, banana. a great variety if home made stuff guarantee weight gain plus health as well. that ensures appropriate milestone in time for babies. ok.
