Hello Doctor My twins are 16 months old. Should i start giving them sugar ?

A. Hi mom. Yes u can start to give sugar to your baby. Once ur baby completes one year then u can start with sugar, honey, jaggery, salt... Give all that you cook for your family. Take care and all the best
