hello doctor, my twin 1 birth weight is 2.76kg n twin 2 is 2kg. now they r 4months 25days old. currently there weight is 7 kg and 5kg respectively. is the current weight ok. nowadays I have very low breast milk. how to increase. as I'm giving formula milk more than breast milk. kindly suggest

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician2 years agoA. yes both weight gain is good. Try Dhootapapeshwar Shatavari kalpa Granules1, it helps to increase lactation, take 1 tea spoon of it morning and night with hot or cold milk.
