hello doctor my son who is 8 years old since sometime complaining of pain around belly button . it's not on everyday basis but sometimes he complains of tht . and pain goes while resting or lying on abdomen region . please guide what could be the reason and how can I prevent it

it happens because of many reasons like indigestion, over eating, or any other health condition
so please visit your pediatrician for once
please don't force feed or overfeed your child
make sure your child chew food well
don't allow watching TV mobile or any other gadgets especially at meal time
give easily digestible food items
keep your child well hydrated
give mint leaves with pinch of salt and few drops of ginger juice daily in morning
