hello doctor my son who is 3 years old is having cough and cold. his body is hot but dsnt have fever why is it so and what should I do

A. Give steam inhalations 4 to 5 times a day for cold and cough, use baby vicks, use nasal drops for nasal block. Use paracetamol in proper dose if body temp raise by 100F.
